A bit of a mixed bag this season at Kalakini CC - no wins at all which was a disappointment but despite that, the team ends the season midtable division 4 which is a notable improvement on previous seasons.
We are still searching for that all-elusive genuine first captain but in the meantime, the team of team mates keeps plugging away and punching above their weight as a collective.
Our Russian climber/hiller Yuditsky is yet to finish his training so hopes spring eternal that we may at least get a 'green' this time at the sixth time of asking.
We enter the new season with a little trepidation as the reality of being in a division that is at least 1-2 divisions higher than our team begins to bite, we may have to keep fighting until midseason when a likely plummet down the divisions may lead to better results.
Keep the faith

I know this post is old, but have you considered selling off 6-9 riders to purchase a top captain? Not sure how much he would help, but I'll be selling Kimball around day 20 of next season (likely at or around RV). He would provide a genuine Fast on Wheels GC contender (or sprint contender with leadouts).
Good luck next season. hope you can train him to 45 at least, maybe more.
